President - Send Alumnae Annual Report to IO.

Treasurer - All commitments for Recognition Scholarships must be paid. Send a check payable to the ZTA Foundation and accompanied by a ZTA Foundation Remittance Advice Form.

Treasurer - Contribute to ZTA Foundation. Contribution should be commensurate with the ability of the alumnae organization. Send a check, payable to the ZTA Foundation, accompanied by a ZTA Foundation Remittance Advice Form.

May 15th
Secretary - Send Alumnae Officer List to IO immediately following elections, or by May 15th.
